Unwind, relax, and unplug performing gentle and restorative yoga outside at the Land Trust's Lakevew Preserve on the west shore of Hardy Pond. Laura Arena, a popular instructor at the Waltham YMCA, will lead us through a series of stretching, holding poses, and deep breathing while we admire the pond before the sun sets! This is a rescheduling of the postponed June 30 and July 13 events. If you signed up for those yoga sessions, please do not register for this--we will carry over your registration.
